The Latest News!

For those of you who were with us through last Summer, you know that thanks to the wonderful “Volunteer Lawyers and Accountants for the Arts” finding us the Sandberg Phoenix Law Firm, we negotiated a new lease with the current owners of our building through the Summer of 2028.

However, this is a concrete deadline - there is no negotiating for more time.

Thus, we have begun the “Dreamflight Capital Campaign!”

The funds we raised during the time of our GoFundMe remain in the account for the same purpose, only the name and goal has evolved. That goal, we admit, is Herculean. Buying a building is the only way to move forward, and that means a down payment of $350,000 by the end of Summer, 2027. It will take from that time until our lease’s deadline to find and close on a commercial building of the required size for our programs.

While we always appreciate individual donors, we will also need help finding coporate sponsors and philanthropic members, groups, and foundations for the community. If you know of any such opportunities, in which you could help arrange a meeting to present our case, please let us know. We need to spread the word far and wide!
